The practice located centrally and is near the main bus stop and station. From the high street look for the Vodaphone phone shop and walk down that street (Bank Street) and on your right hand side there is a blue door in-between a cobblers and a jewelers. We are on the first floor and through the blue door. As we are on the first floor of the building and you are having trouble managing the stairs please let us know so we can make other arrangements for you.

You can request a copy of the practice complaints procedure from our Practice Manager who will explain the procedure in detail and deal with any concerns you might have.We hope that we can successfully address any concerns you may have.
